Self Inquiry lies at the heart of all spiritual paths. The core principle (shared by nearly all spiritual paths) is that the cause & source of all suffering is thinking we are something other than we are. If that is true, then the only possible solution is knowing the truth of what we are. This brings an end to the root cause of all suffering. Self Inquiry is the simple practice of looking directly at the truth of what we are, so that knowing it will shed light on the darkness of misidentification.
